We are looking for a IT Engineer to help build out, maintain, and troubleshoot Wintel Infrastructure for various enterprise clients.

You will be part of a talented team of engineers that demonstrate superb technical competency, delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance and security.

Key responsibilities include Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure. Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.

Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks Participate in the design of information and operational support systems including documenting solutions Provide 2nd and 3rd level support Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution Mentor Service desk and other teams.

Skills & Experience required 2+ years' experience supporting Windows Infrastructure and Servers covering the following : Windows Server 2008 / 2012 Active Directory DFS CA / PKI DNS / DHCP IIS Exchange Citrix SCCM, SCOM Experience with some components of the Microsoft System Center family (CM, OM, SM, EP, VMM, Orchestrator, etc.

Experience with systems management and monitoring products. Experience with one or more scripting language like PowerShell, VBS, .

NET Framework Excellent communication and written skills Experience creating operations process documentation Proven outstanding analytical ability and problem solving skills.

Can demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Mentoring technical junior staff. Deep understanding of service delivery and ITIL No two days are the same, and we are always ready to adapt to what might lie around the corner.
