    Reporting to the HSQE Manager, as the HSQE Advisor in ourWhangarei office this role will see you having a strong focus on engagement andeducation of staff.

    This role will be split 50% of the time onsite undertakingadvisory assessment work as well as education work with our team from the fieldto the office, with the remaining 50% to be focused on incident managementsystem and reporting by providing information to the business.

    A key part ofthis role is building and maintaining relationships while interacting withvarious stakeholders to ensure HSQE management systems are in place and workingeffectively.

    Who we’re looking for

    Anexperienced HSQE professional who is a champion of health, safety andenvironmental principles who preferably has experience in a contractingenvironment, Electricity experience is advantageous but not essential.

    You’ll beable to demonstrate your :

  • Experience in root cause investigation analysis methodologies,managing audit programmes, data and risk analysis
  • Proven training and presentation ability
  • Tenacity in taking problems through tosuccessful outcomes despite potential barriers
  • Ability to build trust and maintain strong collaborative workingrelationships both in professional and front line field environments
  • A teamplayer with a great can do’ attitude
  • Someone with strong interpersonal skills preferably experienced in working in amulti-cultural environment.
  • IOSH, NEBOSHcertificate is highly advantageous but not essential.
