About the role :

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Scrum Master to join our awesome Agile Chapter and be responsible for building high performing squads.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and facilitate the Scrum process for multiple cross-functional Scrum teams. Help the team to deliver on what they said they would deliver and by when by facilitating meetings and having courageous conversations.
  • Provide visibility of team status and issues to Stakeholders.
  • Ensure the team uses the right / best agile process for them and promote a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity and innovation.
  • Assist the team in any way and protect team from interruption and disturbance.
  • Capture and escalate impediments and manage risks to delivery.
  • Skills and Experience Required :

  • At least two years' experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, and experience working with multiple Scrum teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills and proven ability to influence at all levels.
  • A passion for coaching and leading a team.
  • About you :
