The Learning Hub Advisor supports the individual and organisation andwider health service learning needs to ensure a workforce fit for purpose.
Inthis role, you will support the implementation of education and training andaim to create a learning organisation. You will join a small friendly andpassionate team with a genuine flair for innovation.
In this role you will work across the SCDHB with a specific focus onMental Health and Addictions including work with relevant NGO’s.
You will be akey person in assisting the development of the Mental Health and Addictions workforceand implementation of change.
This role will also incorporate the implementation of Supervision acrossSCHDB. The successful candidate will bea key liaison with Primary Care to support the learning needs of thisworkforce.
It is essential that the Learning Hub Advisor role is underpinned bystrong role modelling, continued enhancement of clinical practice, and a commitmentto the development of knowledge and skills through sound research and evidence-basedpractice within an interdisciplinary environment.
You will havecontinuing education and professional development commensurate with the role,excellent communication skills, the ability to work autonomously, and demonstratedteaching experience.
You must be a registeredhealth professional for this role.
