As the Delivery Practices Consultant, a newly created role, you'll play a pivotal role to influence organisational change as the ICT teams define what Agile at Mercury means.

As a natural leader with a desire to influence, educate and help others grow, you are able to challenge mindsets and cultural behaviour and are a driver of new ways of working.

You live and breathe the agile mindset, values and beliefs and will have the opportunity to design and continuously improve Mercury's Software Development Lifecycle methods.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Design, implementation and ongoing sustainability of Mercury's Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methods and practices
  • Support the development of a culture of innovation and operational experience that supports our platform teams to develop and deliver change in an agile manner
  • Support the maintenance and continuous improvement for all SDLC standards, frameworks, toolsets and capability requirements to support an agile way of working

    In this role we are looking for :

  • Experience in developing or implementing complex software applications, with particular reference to Web based customer experience platforms / applications in an agile delivery manner
  • Extensive experience as a proficient Agile Coach
  • Ability to develop effective ways to solve complex problems or create business opportunities through the use of technology
  • Ideally Tertiary degree or similar level qualification in a technology-based discipline
