This award-winning main contractor is looking for a driven Business Services Coordinator / PA to join their team. This is a permanent, full-time role supporting a busy Director.
They are a family owned business and is looking for someone who is truly looking to make a difference and has an interest in this industry.
As the Business Services Coordinator / PA you will provide executive and administrative support to the wider senior leadership team and also have a direct report to manage in conjunction with the Finance Manager.
Further to this you will organise various events, both internal and external for large groups.
Key duties will include :
Finance and ad-hoc Support
The ideal candidate will 3-5 years' admin / coordination experience in a corporate environment and be able to juggle and manage competing deadlines.
Further to this, you will be highly organised and have great communication skills. Most importantly though, you will have a great "can do" attitude!
