  • This award-winning main contractor is looking for a driven Business Services Coordinator / PA to join their team. This is a permanent, full-time role supporting a busy Director.

    They are a family owned business and is looking for someone who is truly looking to make a difference and has an interest in this industry.

    As the Business Services Coordinator / PA you will provide executive and administrative support to the wider senior leadership team and also have a direct report to manage in conjunction with the Finance Manager.

    Further to this you will organise various events, both internal and external for large groups.

    Key duties will include :

    Executive Support

  • Provide administrative support in a timely and accurate manner
  • Build effective relationships across the business
  • Coordinate the reports, attend and minute meetings
  • Prioritise, effectively deliver and satisfy the business needs and stakeholders’ objectives
  • Support management by working collaboratively with the team including diarising meetings and events
  • Identify areas of improvements to better support the business
  • Event Management

  • Participate actively in the planning and execution of events e.g. managers meetings, family events, midyear / end of year functions, children’s party, management trips
  • Manage the annual client gift process
  • Finance and ad-hoc Support

  • Manage the vehicle fleet, liaising with management for the purchase or lease as appropriate.
  • The ideal candidate will 3-5 years' admin / coordination experience in a corporate environment and be able to juggle and manage competing deadlines.

    Further to this, you will be highly organised and have great communication skills. Most importantly though, you will have a great "can do" attitude!
