You will develop and execute credit and operations strategies and growth initiatives for AA Finance while building a strong, high performing customer focussed team.
You will identify market opportunities, analyse key drivers and balance scorecards to consistently improve customer lifecycle.
Through servicing our customers every day you will support our wider business in building the right messaging to acquire, activate, engage and retain customers.
Your performance will be measured by you and yours team's ability to execute across credit, operations and customer servicing and and partner effectively with stakeholders across Suncorp and the AA to achieve business goals and key results.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a revenue-motivated, strategic senior level Credit and Operations professional, and someone who enjoys getting involved with risk, compliance, credit performance and process improvement.

At least 5 in a leadership role (managing large credit portfolios, budgets and staff)Deep policy and compliance understanding : You have spent time within the industry and understand the need for robust policy and procedure writing and monitoring.
Understanding our customers and the risks that are associated with each of the different customer personas.Messaging mastery : You are in a class of your own when it comes to articulating the technical into simple language for our different audiences internally and externallyRisk Management : You will be able to leveraging performance data to make decisions and assess operational risk.
You have a proven track record for surfacing better data and insights to drive towards more revenue through interest rate evaluationCommitment to results : You are proactive, work quickly and take the initiative.
