As a Servian Practice Lead you will develop strong relationships with our clients, maintaining the core Servian values in all interactions to ensure satisfaction and a consistent high-level experience.

You will provide a proactive approach to your relationship, responsible for identifying new opportunities to increase revenue, anticipating potential issues or providing unprompted support simply to improve the client experience.

You will have experience with a variety of relevant technologies that make up Servian Integration practice. You will need to demonstrate your leadership and capability in the design and implementation of these technologies.

In this role, you will lead and grow the pillar, making sure we deliver and resolve issues associated with supported customer Integration and container deployments.

Responsibilities :

  • Pre-Sales activity and relationship building with clients and technology partners.
  • Building accurate estimates and commercial models for consulting engagements.
  • Producing solution architectures and proposals for new projects within the Integration Pillar.
  • Leading the consultants and being accountable for the outcomes of the work delivered.
  • Ensuring consultants are provided with feedback and are supported through their engagements to deliver outcomes to clients and opportunities for personal growth.
  • Consulting to clients in the form of strategic recommendations for Integration; report writing, analysis and delivery.
  • Presenting to clients and partners on Servian solutions and offerings.
  • Workshop facilitation with clients, technology partners and our team.
