As a Servian Practice Lead you will develop strong relationships with our clients, maintaining the core Servian values in all interactions to ensure satisfaction and a consistent high-level experience.
You will provide a proactive approach to your relationship, responsible for identifying new opportunities to increase revenue, anticipating potential issues or providing unprompted support simply to improve the client experience.
You will have experience with a variety of relevant technologies that make up Servian Integration practice. You will need to demonstrate your leadership and capability in the design and implementation of these technologies.
In this role, you will lead and grow the pillar, making sure we deliver and resolve issues associated with supported customer Integration and container deployments.
