We're on the look out for an experienced Contractor Administrator to join our Hawkes Bay team

    We have a great opportunity for an experienced Contract Administrator who thrives in a busy and collaborative environment and is focused on delivering exceptional business support to join our team.

    Based at our Hastings Division Depot, (though part of a Nationwide team) you will be responsible for a broad range of tasks including :

  • Customer Service - Providing a high level of customer service, both internally and externally, whilst building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Managing the administration for our contracts and workflow on a daily basis, including liaising with our key clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Project and job report processing, ensuring all calls / issues / costs are captured into multiple databases accurately and managed to completion
  • Subcontractors - Maintaining Subcontractor database and documentation, allocation of workloads using company best practice
  • Monthly Reports - Analysis of data and preparation of monthly reports for management and customers
  • Accounts - including monthly work order and invoice processing, raising purchase orders and ensuring all financial reporting deadlines are met.
  • Management Support - Providing high-level support to the Operations Manager and their teams
  • What we are looking for :

  • A minimum of 2 years administration experience in a similar role would be ideal.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, high attention to detail and are able to interact positively and warmly with people
  • Experience working with MS Office products coupled with accurate and efficient data entry skills
  • A professional can-do attitude that delivers a high standard of customer service. Nothing is ever a problem or something that cannot be resolved.
  • An ability to work autonomously and equally with the team and have a sense of humour and team play.
  • You will need to hold a clean and current Full Class 1 driver licence.
