New Zealand Rugby (NZR), one of New Zealand’s largest sporting organisations, has an exciting opportunity to join our team as High Performance Referee Manager.

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that New Zealand Rugby continues to develop elite level referees and referee support personnel operating at domestic, national, and international levels.

Your ability to build relationships with multiple rugby stakeholders will help to ensure your success in the role. To be successful in this role you will also;

Be an outstanding leader with a high degree of self-awareness

Have proven experience in managing people as well as building the capability of those who work with you.

Have experience in rugby or a sport environment as a referee, coach or other management role.

This is an outstanding opportunity to play a key role in the development of our referees and ongoing success of New Zealand Rugby.
