Essential and optional requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES :

  • Ensure full guest satisfaction at all time across all departments and outlets
  • Develop customer loyalty and recognition, increasing average check
  • Oversee and direct the Food & Beverage department with a creative eye
  • Participate in menu planning and pricing with the Executive Chef ensuring maximizing revenue
  • An eye for detail ensuring luxury elements practiced and in place
  • Initiate projects, promotions to innovate and drive the FB department & its products and services
  • Hands on management with good eye for detail
  • Selecting the right ambassadors for F&B, monitor and control Manning
  • Ensure excellent and efficient communication within the team as well as with other departments
  • Report directly to the General manager
  • Member of Executive Committee
  • SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS :

    Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role, preferably including 5 star experience.

    Proven experience in meeting budgeted and forecasted costs for payroll / wage costs and department costs.

    Demonstrated experience managing and developing a team

    An understanding of luxury guest expectations and desire to meet the expectations.
