    This nationally focused commercial architectural services, office interior design and project management consultancy is looking for a Operational Administrator.

    Reporting to the Wellington Area Manager, this will be a national role and you will support the operations for all locations (Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch).

    Key aspects to this role are :

  • Operational Project Management Reporting to the Area Manager, take an administrative lead for the company day-to-day operations including;
  • technology, finance / cashflow, health & safety, HR : onboarding / inductions & employer of choice initiatives as well as special project delivery.

  • Business Support To become subject matter expert on internal software systems & processes including the establishment of procedural guides & training documents as required.
  • Provide assistance and support to the wider team ensuring business operations are efficient and understood.

  • Administrator Support the Area Manager to continuously improve systems & processes ensuring efficiency across the organisation.
  • Internal Processes Support the culture of continuous improvement, assisting in the internal improvement of office processes.
  • No two days are the same!! This highly agile and fast paced consulting business needs someone that is able to juggle multiple demands and can easily pivot to what's most important.

    Supporting leaders in the business with their demanding work load, means you will often need to take initiative and execute of things that you know need to be done.

    Once you are in your role and have a good understanding of the business, there will be room for you to support process improvement and in-

    conjunction with the area managers work through the strategic operational objectives.

    We are looking for an extremely well organised individual, you will have good technology skills, be an expert users for office applications and have a general understanding of how things work.

    Exposure to basic accounting activities such as invoicing, AP / AR and payroll would be an added bonus. This role will require some travel to Auckland from time to time.
