We are on the hunt for a passionate leader to join the Community Pools team as an Operations Manager.

This role will suit someone who has the ability to effectively oversee and manage one of our operational aquatics facilities - with your dynamic leadership style ensuring the pool is a fun, safe and attractive place to be for our customers.

You will be responsible for leading a talented and fun team of people who always put customers at the heart of what they do, understand how important their job is and strive to deliver a positive experience for our customers every single time!

As the Operations Manager, you will ensure the successful operational functioning of the facility, including

  • The safe supervision of customers
  • Increased community access
  • Administration and plant management
  • Health and safety, maintenance and facility presentation
  • Ensuring high standards of customer service
  • What we would love to see is a strong and motivated team across all the community pools with a positive culture, and most importantly a team that is focussed on making things better and easier for our customers.

    Key to this role is your ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with the other operational managers, so it's about how you build those relationships, your attitude and style.

    To be successful in this role you will have :

  • Pool Life Saving Practising Certificate
  • Pool Water Treatment and Operations Certificate
  • First Aid qualifications
  • Previous leadership experience within a recreation environment
