Project Finance Administrator

The government has made a significant commitment to developing rail infrastructure and this has led to a substantial growth in KiwiRail project works.
To help us deliver these we are seeking an experienced project finance administrator to support our growing projects team.
Based in our Parnell office the role sits within the Chief Financial Officer group and supports our project accountants and project delivery teams in Capital Project and Asset Development.
We are looking for a super organized, process driven professional, experienced in the construction or infrastructure industries with an understanding of how construction and supplier contracts are set-up and administered in SAP (preferably) or another large ERP system.
You will be a self-starter, keen to make a difference and with an eye for detail. In addition to management of purchase orders & commitments, you will assist with cost reporting & preparation of project management reports, excel & word & power point experience will be a must.
