What is a Media Assistant?

As a Media Assistant for the Investment team you will assist with all deliverables associated with television campaigns on behalf of MBM clients, developing buying skills for TV.

You will work with a close-knit, award-winning team.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

  • Attending relevant media partner meetings
  • Develop strong working relationships with the Network Co-ordinators on a day-to-day basis
  • Work with the Senior Investment Manager to execute accurate television campaigns for designated clients.
  • This will include, but is not limited to :

  • Understanding and working to the principles of buying
  • Buying, monitoring and optimising campaigns
  • Accurate delivery of campaigns ensuring all agreed objectives / budgets are met
  • Providing post analysis reporting by the designated deadline
  • Assist the team (and in time become responsible for) :

  • The quarterly ratecard and content release summary
  • Help keep the wider team informed of development in broadcast and AV media
  • Feed into the broader media landscape and media update documents
  • As requested, run TV consumption data and analysis for the planning teams
  • Work with the Networks to deliver break fixing
  • Compile TV spotlists for clients
  • Provide assistance as / when required to the wider Investment Team and Head of Investment
  • Compile competitive work and post reporting for offline channels, to support the Planning Teams.
