As the Assistant Accountant Group Finance, you’ll be part of the Group Finance Team that is responsible for the accounting and reporting of Foodstuffs North Island and its related entities.

About the roleWe are looking for the next commercial superstars, ready to cut their teeth in an entry level finance role! As the Assistant Accountant Group Finance you will learn the foundations of corporate finance from journal entries, bank clearance and balance reconciliations to raising purchase orders, statistic returns, reporting and looking after small entities.
And it gets better .in addition to this you’ll gain exposure to large scale projects and will be involved in the continuous improvement and process efficiency.
About youConfident working with data, you’ll be systems savvy (SAP would be super cool but not essential), have a good working knowledge of Excel and will have exceptional communication skills with a customer focus.
You’ll exude positivity and will constantly be striving to learn and develop in our fast paced and challenging environment.
