Join our Customer Experience Division and play a crucial role in creating and leading innovation, agility and experience design thinking - be a part of Auckland Transport's customer centric transformation!THE OPPORTUNITYSenior Customer Insights Specialist - 6 Month fixed term opportunityAs our Senior Customer Insights Specialist, you will help to set up a new Customer Insights team, using your extensive market research experience to generate actionable new insights and to help shape new programmes of research.
This is an integral role responsible for the delivery of insights that help identify key ways to improve customer journeys, deepening our understanding of how to better engage with customers and what matters to them, identifying and sizing pain points, as well as implementing smart voice of customer frameworks to measure success.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEYou are an enthusiastic market researcher with a passion for helping our internal clients better understand our customers.
You will be tertiary qualified and have at least seven years' experience, ideally gained both agency and client side.We're looking for an expert communicator with the ability to confidentially discuss and recommend a wide range of research methods.
In addition, you will demonstrate : Experience designing and implementing both Qualitative and Quantitative research projects, providing actionable insights to help guide business decision makingStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to shape a brief to cover the needs of multiple stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and proven experience presenting and consulting with senior level stakeholdersAbility to draw information from a range of different data sources to build a compelling storyProven ability to manage research and insights programmes, including supplier selection and management, budget monitoring and quality assurance.
