    Reporting to the ICT Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical and administrative support of ICT functions to all facets of the Horizon Energy Group.

    To be successful a candidate will require the following qualifications, experience and skills : CompTIA A+, Microsoft Office Specialist or similar certifications preferred or working towards these in further study2+ years' proven experience working in an IT support roleProven experience with Windows based computers and network systemsProven high degree of interpersonal skills as the role is customer service focusedProven experience delivering a high level of customer serviceWorking knowledge of a Windows client / server environmentWorking knowledge of multi-

    site computer networks, and how they are configured to work togetherAbility to be self-managing, identify cause of issues and determine required action to resolve, including escalationEffective communication skills (written, interpersonal, and telephone)Proven high level of general computing skillsAbility to train others in the use of general applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and OutlookAbility to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve problems related to operating systems, hardware and softwareAbility to communicate technical information both verbally and written to a wide range of end usersCurrent NZ Unrestricted Drivers LicenceThe Horizon Energy Group takes pride on its commitment to the health and safety of all its stakeholders.
