We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our DevOps Team

You will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver outcomes identified by the tribes. The squad is a fully autonomous and is empowered to make decisions on how they build and support technology products & services that meet the needs of our customers.

You will work with a wide range of people across the technology and customer tribes.

About you :

As a Salesforce specialist you will have proven experience for crafting and configuring solutions in and around the Salesforce ecosystem of products at TWG.

You will be a self-starter with proven hands on administration experience.

You will balance your time between new project deliverables delivery, administration activities and resolving system support issues.

This role is responsible for applying Salesforce defined best practices and procedures across the business landscape to enhance business operations, lift customer experience and leverage our investment in the salesforce ecosystem.

You are expected to take initiative, be creative and innovative, and drive effective process design and share ideas. You will be working closely with other Salesforce administrators and developers.

You will be providing guidance to others while also being hands on.

In addition, this role will play a key part in building the wider understanding of the Salesforce eco-system through the capture of relevant systems information.

You will also work with your squad to :

  • Translate business requirements, identify enhancements and implement Salesforce technical designs
  • Develop and support integrations that need to be made between the Salesforce ecosystem and other TWG solutions.
  • Commission and integrate new Salesforce products (in collaboration with the domain architects.
  • participate in architecture and product roadmap design discussions to promote administration best practices and increase platform ROI
  • Manage change control process for any custom development and new workflows
  • support system issues, including identifying root cause, and putting in place changes that prevent further issues from occurring
  • Partner with external parties to execute system upgrades and enhancements
  • Proficient in :

  • Administrative skills such as creating Users, Profiles, Roles, Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Page Layouts, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards and Process Builder.
  • Configuration skills in Salesforce Customer Communities, Lightning Process Builder, Process builder, Data loader, Workflow Rules & Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Custom Objects & Security Controls.
  • Experience with APEX and Visualforce custom code, including design and modification of code base (desirable)
  • Experience in App Exchange app installation and setup
  • Experience delivering continuous change and support to IT systems
  • Demonstrate organizational skills and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with often competing priorities
  • Excellent understanding of systems integration, patterns, techniques, and related challenges
  • Experience in the process of resolving problems in information systems and familiarity with the associated tools and techniques.
  • Lateral thinking and analytical ability essential

  • Excellent ability to communicate, both written and verbal. (Senior - at all levels of the organization)
  • Works well in a team as a supportive and helpful team member
  • Ability to work independently and be results driven, and should be familiar with agile driven development
