The Role

To support the rapid growth of our business, we are seeking a Partner Manager to play a key role in establishing the Evo platform at Seequent.

The Evo platform is the future of our business model that will create unique value for our partners and customers. Your experience in developing and managing a partner network along with your results oriented mindset will be critical to the success of the platform.

You will take the lead on recruiting,onboarding and managing the global Seequent Technology partners, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives.

You will work collaboratively within the wider team to ensure the success of the Evo business model for the company. This is a full-time, permanent role to be based in either our Christchurch or Vancouver office.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to :

  • Recruit new partners into the Seequent Ecosystem.
  • Engage with partners to discuss opportunities and partnership options to become a Seequent Technology Partner using our API's.
  • Work with Segment Directors to identify and work with diverse partner organisations, onboarding and then managing them through the framework.
  • Proactively collaborate with the Evo team and business leaders to ensure buy-in and alignment every step of the way.
  • Collaborate with Market Development, Channel Development and EVPs as key stakeholders.
  • In order to be successful in this role, you should have :

  • Experience in developing and managing a partner network who are integrated with technology through the use of API's across multiple partner types within a PaaS business.
  • The ability to understand the value that our partner applications bring to the markets and the customers we serve.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to win the hearts and minds of others
  • A results oriented mindset.
  • Previous experience from either mining, civil, energy or environmental would be advantageous.
