Auckland City, AucklandFull-time, PermanentI'm looking for an experienced Front Office Manager to work day shifts at our busy apartment hotel.

To be successful with your application, ideally you be able to carry out the following responsibilities : Responsible for completing and maintaining the Front Office team with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailFollow standard operating procedures and check listsThe daily balancing of all financial transactions within the hotelGeneral reception duties including the check in & check out of guests, reservationsEnsuring Service Excellence Every time’ when dealing with any guest requests or queries including organising rooms’ service.

Responsible for overnight security of the hotel and its guestsResponsible for the daily compilation and distribution of reportsAny additional tasks that may be set from time to time by the GMFollow all the health and safety proceduresRequirements : Previous experience in a similar role in a hotel environmentSolid organizational skills with an attention to detail in tasks performedDemonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of Hotel PMS systems (RMS, Fidelio, Opera)Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent presentation and groomingReliable, Punctual and Respectful is a must!Can-do attitudeIf you enjoy working with a great bunch of people, enjoy team activities and enjoy working with like minded people then do apply to join our A Team.
