to maximise the athletic potential of its users. Its name derives from two of the key components of ultimate fitness. 'Skill' is defined as the learned ability to bring about an action with maximum efficiency.
The term 'Athletic' is taken from the term 'athleticism' which relates to the balanced development of all components of performance-related fitness.
Together SKILLATHLETIC is a concept to achieve total athletic development for its users.
SKILLATHLETIC is for everyone, not just elite performance athletes. Performance is the ability to perform a task, and SKILLATHLETIC enables users to improve their performance of daily tasks beyond sport, making it suitable for everyone.
The aim of SKILLATHLETIC is to provide a complete training experience with performance and functionality at its heart.
SKILLATHLETIC develops skills and capacities, implementing them into performance at many levels. Starting from day-to-day life and finishing at competitive sport.
The methodology that drives SKILLATHLETIC comes directly from the latest evidence-based publications. We believe that meaningful statements about safety, efficacy and efficiency, the three most important and interdependent facets to evaluate any fitness programme, can be supported only by measurable, observable, repeatable data.
Additional Pay Details
Coaches will be remunerated on a class-by-class basis. Classes will be assigned on skill-level and experience.
