The Grief Centre is a longstanding Charity providing Transformative Support for all forms of Loss Our Bereavement Support service helps Kiwi families across the nation in their most vulnerable time after having lost a loved one This role coordinates all the administrative functions related to the Grief Centre s Bereavement Support Service BSS Key Tasks include Data Entry Sending information to all recipients of the service Coordinating the volunteer administration support Liaising with funeral homes and Bereavement Support workers Producing monthly reports Managing the filing of BSS data records and information Monitoring the stock of printed materials and resources for the BSS Skills and Experience wanted Proficient at Data Entry Sound English written and oral communication skills Competent with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Previous administration and customer service experience Highly efficient and able to organise your own work load effectively Desire to work in a Charity or Social Service environment Please include a cover letter to help us understand who you are and what youre passionate about
