Working within a high performing national Fire team, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Fire Engineer. You will work as number two alongside our Business Group Lead to grow our fire engineering group nationally.

We have a strong forward workload on diverse and varied projects you will be able to sink your teeth in. You will work on fire strategy design for a range of buildings including commercial, industrial, defence and aged care.

You will have the opportunity to broaden your skill base by working within a multi-disciplinary engineering environment committed to delivering our client's objectives.

The role : Investigating, designing and implementing a range of Fire Service projectsWorking with the Market Leader and Business Group Leader to develop new business including preparation of proposals and bids for projectsProviding technical input and leadership to projects, including QA / QC of project deliverablesMentor and develop a team of passionate fire engineersAbout you : 5+ years’ experience in a similar role coupled with relevant fire engineering degree (BSc and / or MSc, MFE, CPEng)You will be a proactive and experienced engineer who is ready to take the next step in their career.

A deep understanding of the NZBC Fire engineering requirementsAn ability to write clear, concise technical reportsEnjoy developing and maintaining key client relationships.
