Achieving the best health outcomes for our patients starts with expecting the best from ourselves, and right now Northland DHB is looking for an exceptional Quality Improvement Coordinator to join the Renal Service

This newly established position will review and develop the models of care that will improve care to those with Chronic Kidney Disease.

This position will coordinate work streams related to the improvement project and monitor and report on progress toward key milestones.

As the successful candidate you will collaborate with the Improvement Advisor, Project Steering group and work stream groups in developing and testing changes for the CKD improvement project.

Our ideal candidate will have a health-related qualification and experience working within clinical frameworks.
