This fast-moving business is looking for a candidate who is able to learn and develop in the talent team. This role will see you work closely with the recruitment team on a mix of internal and external talent sourcing engagements, while building your experience and independently engaging with stakeholders to solve problems.

This role suits a candidate who is confident talking to people, someone with a curious mind who is interested in what candidates do and how they do it.

We are searching for someone who is looking for learning, growth and development. A successful candidate will be a person who is able to work efficiently but also look for opportunities to improve process and do things better.

This role sees you working :

  • to ensure Datamine and client resource requirements are met and the talent exceeds expectations. You are clear on the deliverables and embrace the customer first mentality, and you can communicate with all stakeholders
  • with a proactive approach to sourcing talent; and managing candidates through interview processes, ensuring timely communication, and an excellent candidate experience.
  • To develop your skills and confidence, with the ability to increase your independence and ability to contribute to end-to-end recruitment over time.

  • What will a week look like in the role :

  • Writing and posting recruitment advertisements for the appropriate job boards
  • Talking to candidates (on the phone and in person) to understand their background and skillset
  • Using a range of sourcing channels, managing an existing talent pool, sourcing from LinkedIn and connecting with technical professionals
  • Managing the administration of new hires and onboarding
  • Working with the internal teams to understand their resource requirements
