This fast-moving business is looking for a candidate who is able to learn and develop in the talent team. This role will see you work closely with the recruitment team on a mix of internal and external talent sourcing engagements, while building your experience and independently engaging with stakeholders to solve problems.

with a proactive approach to sourcing talent; and managing candidates through interview processes, ensuring timely communication, and an excellent candidate experience.

What will a week look like in the role :
Writing and posting recruitment advertisements for the appropriate job boards
Talking to candidates (on the phone and in person) to understand their background and skillset
Using a range of sourcing channels, managing an existing talent pool, sourcing from LinkedIn and connecting with technical professionals
Managing the administration of new hires and onboarding
Working with the internal teams to understand their resource requirements
