Our seasonal range changes constantly, not only throughout the year, with changes from Summer to Winter, but also with products to meet future trends.

Specialising in Outdoor Furniture, Barbeques, Heating and Cooling.The focus of this role : Provide expert knowledge and advice to customers on heating and cooling products, outdoor furniture, barbeques, camping and related accessories.

Summary of duties : Assist in the administration and merchandising of all seasonal products.Work with our customers to ensure product recommendations fit within their visionary requirements and budget specifications.

Offer product knowledge and recommendations customers, around additional product accessories that might be required to meet their needs and requirements.

Our ideal applicant : 3 years’ experience working in a similar seasonal product environment.3 years industry product knowledgeExperience working in a high performing and busy environment (big box retail experience preferred)In-depth knowledge of the products including installed heating product and related services.

Demonstrate a high level of stock integrity awareness and merchandising standardsKnowledge of the legal requirements relating to the products.

Strong listening skills to ensure the customers’ requirements / needs are fully understood.Be a positive role model, Team mentor and Team player.

Who we are : Riviera Hardware Holdings Limited (RHHL) owns and operates Mitre 10 MEGA Albany, Mitre 10 MEGA Warkworth, Mitre 10 MEGA New Lynn and Mitre 10 Whangaparaoa.

We also operate our three Columbus Coffee shops within our MEGA stores. We deliver Prenail Frame and Truss solutions through Riviera Pre-nail and manage our own importing via Riviera Imports.
