We are looking for an experienced Manager for our Vietnamese lunch bar located in West Auckland. Previous experience in cooking Vietnamese food is preferred.
This is a full time position and you will be responsible for : Hiring, training and supervising staffOrganise food supplies, order and keep accurate stock recordsManage staff rostersPlan budgets on weekly basisPromotion and marketingPlan menu with other staff, oversee menu changes / variations as neededJob Requirements : Previous experience in food and hospitality management and staff supervisionRelevant qualifications preferredGood interpersonal communication skills.
Effective management skills. Able to manage operations of the restaurant. Positive and enthusiastic attitude. Availability to work on night shifts and weekends.
