Our service is seeking an enthusiastic, highly organised and self -motivated professional looking for an exciting dynamic role where you can make a difference, based at Totara Health New Lynn.
Experience in an administration role within the health sector, good spoken and written English, a positive attitude and an ability to multitask are advantageous attributes.
The role involves reception management, meeting and greeting patients, ordering of supplies and scheduling clinics for a group of Consultants and Nurse Specialists, management of their waitlists and liaison with patients requiring appointments within our outpatient clinics.
Knowledge and skills using the iPM system is preferred however this is not essential as full training will be provided. Medical terminology or other health related skills would be an advantage.
Child Health is a growing service within Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand and this is an opportunity to become part of a team where the administration staff play an important role in the interface between patients and their healthcare journey.
