Job DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to join the onsite team at Ormiston Town Centre.
We are looking for a motivated professional to effectively manage the daily operations of the Centre and ensure the premises are maintained at a high standard of presentation.
ResponsibilitiesEnsure the ongoing maintenance of the Centre is delivered in accordance with best practiceEnsure compliance requirements are adhered toManage building performance in a cost-effective manner in accordance with best practice and Centre owners’ wishesDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholdersPrepare and contribute to reporting and budgetingIdentify and execute on genuine asset value-add ideas and conceptsAssist and support the Centre Management team with operational functionsQualifications5+ years’ experience in a similar positionStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong client-focus and relationship building skillsStrong stakeholder management skillsSelf-motivated and deadline-focussedDiligent and conscientiousStrong time management skillsAdditional InformationOur enterprising culture empowers our people to do their best work, collaborating with our global experts to maximise every opportunity and lead the industry.
