We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic professional to run and manage a location within our Melbourne business.

You will manage the sales activities, business development, team motivation and provide a high level of service to our customers.

As the Location Manager, you will be responsible for the achievement of Business plans and ensure customer objectives are met.

The Successful Applicant will :

  • Be able to motivate staff
  • Have strong negotiating skills
  • Have excellent Presentation & Communication
  • Be able to work to targets
  • Be highly organised
  • Have achieved success in Business
  • Hold a current drivers licence.
  • You will be required to do the following :

  • Lead your team and display a ?Can Do? spirit
  • Be responsible for the achievement of Business Plans
  • Promote Budget products and services
  • Drive vehicles as required
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • You may be required to work some weekends and public holidays.
  • Candidates that have car rental, transport or sales experience who are looking to take the next step are strongly encouraged to apply.

    Prior experience in the car rental industry is not necessary but will be well regarded.
