What you will do :
Seek out opportunities to apply digital and computational design on projects in multiple sectors.
Use appropriate software applications to create, modify and analyse design models for buildings, structures and engineered elements including but not limited to : Revit, Dynamo, Project Refinery, Rhino, Grasshopper, Infraworks, Civil3D, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
Reading and understanding architectural drawings and producing quality structural, façade and building sciences
models, drawings and details under the guidance of an engineer.
Use parametric and computational design tools to generate adaptive model geometry, automate the design and modelling of repetitive elements, or to rationalise the complexity of a given geometry.
Model, draw and detail building elements and create custom families where necessary, producing drawings, schedules and visualisations from 3D models for use in technical reports, presentations and marketing material up to the required standard.
Collaborate with other disciplines and perform clash analysis to ensure the ongoing coordination of the Structural models throughout the project.
Deliver presentations and run workshops to share knowledge on application of computational design in built environment and promote its usage to deliver outstanding work.
Use Virtual Reality, 3D printing and laser cutting technologies when it can benefit the project outcome.
Understand and adhere to QA / QC review process to ensure that all models comply with Company / Project OA / OC requirement.
