Key requirements for the role include :

  • A current and valid LCQ / Manager's Licence
  • 1 years hospitality experience in a vibrant, fast-paced restaurant
  • Experience managing teams
  • Leadership skills
  • Competency on the bar & floor
  • Good food & beverage knowledge andhigh focus on customer experiences
  • To be great at building relationships with customers and team members
  • To be comfortable under pressure
