The Role
This is a permanent opportunity, where looking at situations beyond face value is your day-to-day remit. You'll be core in progressing customer claims, clarifying liability issues and combating insurance fraud.
You'll be able to hit the ground running in this highly autonomous position. You will have to be goal focused and forward thinking to succeed as an Investigator.

We're looking for someone who has exemplary communication skills and the ability to put others at ease. You'll be investigating cases where you'll be dealing with customers directly, being able to show empathy & navigate potentially emotional situations will be part and parcel of your role.
