day operation, there will be the expectation that you can work over a 7-day roster. You will have a strong background in customer service and the ability to identify opportunities where you can consistently and proactively promote ASB products and services.
We are looking for applicants who are able to build strong relationships, can think on their feet, enjoy providing an unbeatable customer experience and who have an affiliation with online and digital channels.
You will need to be confident asking the right questions, tailoring solutions for individual customers, and educating them on making their banking easier.
