The role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator who will be the cog in the centre of our Project team and you will be across all the things happening in our Project Management Office.

You will coordinate and support the execution of projects across our business. You will coordinate project execution including developing project plans, resource plans and project status reporting.

You will support the team with delivery to project timelines.

You will get the opportunity to manage end to end small and low complexity projects and get involved in all aspects of the project management lifecycle.

You will collate and coordinate approval of Business Cases, cost proposals, resources and participants.

You will arrange and host project meetings and assist our team with documentation and administration. You will be on top of all documentation, including using tools, templates, reporting, agendas and meeting minutes.

Like most Project roles, relationship management is vital. You will develop strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders and customers, including the project team and delivery teams.
