The Opportunity

Support our DuluxGroup brands by providing excellent customer service in this exciting opportunity to join our Lower Hutt team as a Customer Service Representative remotely but still have a great team culture.

In this Customer Service Centre / Data Entry role, you will be responding to inbound calls from retail, trade and commercial customers.

You will be also responsible for :

  • Processing and following up customer orders and claims
  • Return outbound calls to customers
  • Data entry
  • Responding to general customer inquiries
  • Making outbound calls to provide updates and resolutions to queries
  • What you will bring and develop :

    This is a customer-focused / data entry role that needs someone who has an excellent phone manner and is a clear and professional communicator.

    You will have sound analytical skills with ability to work with complex data. As a great team player, you will be hardworking and flexible and will be confident to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Other key skills and experience include :

  • Customer service experience
  • Data entry or administration exposure
  • Confidence with computers
  • Strong attention to detail
