As the Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing reporting, analysis and insights that add value to the InterGroup business.

You will be responsible for : Responsible for Commercial & Procurement AnalysisWork closely with General Managers and Business Managers to run the business more effectivelyDrive accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting at IntergroupConduct analysis of current business processes and provide a strategic view of process improvementSupport and coach business managers to improve financial decision making at IntergroupComplete turnover, cost and profit analysis and present results to businessSupport the maintenance manager with plant and supplier analysis to reduce overall fleet capital and operating costsComplete analysis of supplier spends and identify and act on opportunities that are identified to save Intergroup moneyWhat you need : Min 3-5 years' accounting experience, preferably in a similar roleTo be working towards your CA or are recently qualifiedAn ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a wide range of people in all situationsAn ability to form successful relationships with Intergroup employees and external clientsConsultative interpersonal style with a creative problem-solving abilityCapacity to understand the wider pictureStrong analytical skillsAbility to work well under pressureAn eye for detail and a focus on continual improvementGood organisational, administrative and time management skillsProactive, self-motivated, and able to work under own initiativeA team player who is career-orientedAs our organisation is a drug / alcohol-free company and safety is our priority, additional criteria would be passing our pre-employment drug / alcohol tests and the completion of reference checks.
