REQUIRED - Formwork Carpenters, Leading Hands and Concrete Workers About us : Highrise Construction is a progressive construction company working on a number of projects across the Auckland region.

With over 60+ years in the business, the Directors focus is growth.The Role : We have opportunities for proactive and experienced Leading Hands, Formwork Carpenters and Concrete Workers, to join the team based in Swanson, West Auckland.

About You : The ideal candidate(s) will have 3 years minimum experience on medium to large scale commercial construction projects, working in formwork, concrete work and pre-cast placing.

Skills and Experience : Ability to form, Insitu footings, beams, walls, columns and slabs.Experienced in the use of System Formwork.

Ability to read and set out from basic plans, grid lines and levels provided by others.Work unsupervised from task to task.

Use of power tools (saws, grinders, bench saw, drills (concrete and wood), kangos etc.Use of hand tools required for Formwork Carpentry.

Have basic training and knowledge of safe work practices for working on scaffolds, ladders and construction sites in general.

Good written and verbal communication skills.Supervisory experience a bonus.Be self-motivated, flexible and able to adapt to the ever-changing environment within the industry.
