We’ve done great things already, join us and help us do even more.About the role You’ll be accountable for the leading the Employee Experience services and the resulting User Experience.

These services include Meeting room audio visual services, Desktop services, Service Desk, End User Devices, Infrastructure applications (Email, Teams / Skype, Remote Access, DA), collaboration tools and services such as Office 365.

As a Value Stream Lead, you will orchestrate delivery and maintain the services in the Employee Experience Value Stream.

You’ll be accountable for the management and performance of Vector’s service providers of the afore mentioned services to resolve escalations, provide feedback to authorise non-standard requests and optimise key ITIL processes, as well as interfacing with the other internal or external teams as they provide services that support and interact with the Vector environment.

You’ll be responsible for the ongoing support and management of all above mentioned applications, including managing asset / application life cycling, patching, and tuning to achieve optimal performance.

At the same time, you’ll get to provide technical input into service design, service transition and service operations to ensure delivery of the correspondent Roadmaps.

What we are looking forYou’ll have an in-depth knowledge of business systems and processes and how they effectively add to business efficiency.

Previous experience providing management / support to a team would be ideal. You’ll have worked with users at all levels providing required consulting and support services and bring with you a working knowledge of employee experience services and technologies.

Relationship building, cross-collaboration and influencing skills, along with sound financial understanding will position you well for this role.

Previous Vendor Management experience and a track record in negotiation and delivery of contractual arrangements with vendors and contractors is essential.

You have a flexible work approach and ability to take on new challenges along with a demonstrated ability to work with technical and non-technical staff in dispersed locations.

Ideally you have experience in implementing and / or managing ITIL based processes. Please note : This role is required to participate in our on-call roster.
