As a Service & Sales Specialist, you'll be the first response for all our inbound customer contacts, utilising your knowledge and networks to respond to their queries in a timely manner ensuring delivery of our customer promise.

Experience in customer service is a must. You'll have a proven ability to adapt to the changing demands of a role, and an ability to work with a diverse range of customers and think on your feet.
As this is a phone-based role, you'll need to be comfortable being desk-bound, as well as building rapport with the callers in a short period of time.
