Our Client Services managers (CSM’s) are the primary link between Hill Laboratories and our clients. In keeping with the growth and strategy of our Commercial sector we have an exciting opportunity for a new Team Leader to join our Commercial team.
In the position of Team Leader Client Services you will play a critical role in supporting both the Technical CSM’s and Administration team.

This position will be based at our Head Office located in Hamilton and reports directly to the General Manager Sales & Marketing.
The key responsibilities of this role are : Lead a team of staff to ensure efficiently planned workloads and management of staff resourcesDeliver excellent technical advice and direction to clientsDevelop internal relations relationships to support the overall growth and success of the Commercial and Administration Team(s)Actively pursue ways to continually improve work processesParticipate at industry forums and eventsMeet agreed operational and quality targetsABOUT YOU : Management and people skillsA strong customer focus and excellent relationship development skillsA high degree of self-
