You will be providing administration support to the Chief of Staff, Operations Manager and wider Directorate of Engineering and Technical Airworthiness (DETA) team as part of the New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF).

The purpose of the Office of the Chief Engineer (OCE) is to be an enabler for the NZDF delivery of effective military air capabilities through the development of a suitably qualified and experienced technical workforce.
The OCE supports the implementation of the Chief Engineer’s orders and instructions, through monitoring of quality systems and continued improvement of technical / aeronautical policies and training, processes, regulations, standards and specifications.
The OCE is responsible for specialist project work and the management of engineering officer training, postings / appointments.
