UPDATE : HIRING FREEZE

Thank you for your interest in the Extracurricular and Leadership Consulting position here at Crimson. We have had a significant increase in the volume of applications, thus we have decided to put a soft freeze on hiring.

We will be keeping some applicants on a short list should opportunities open up, but largely we will only be actively reaching out to folks skilled in a few areas for which our tutor supply is currently low.

Namely, these areas are as follows :

Computer Science

Engineering (mechanical, electrical, etc.)

Physics

If you do not qualify for these positions, please understand that we may simply lack the appropriate demand to bring you on at this time.

US Extracurricular and Leadership Consulting Expectations :

You'd be working with students to A) help them expand their extracurricular profile, by means of pursuing leadership roles, exploring opportunities outside of school, and considering activities in a range of different interest areas;

and B) to develop and execute a leadership capstone project. We have an exercise you will complete that closely mirrors how the latter will work.

Helping to provide advice and mentor our students in developing their passions through extracurricular activities

Providing guidance in developing their academic field of interest through extracurricular involvement and self-driven academic projects

Ensuring student's demonstrate sufficient passion within their field of study to potential universities

Consulting students as they develop and execute bespoke capstone projects that demonstrate their ingenuity, interests, and leadership abilities

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

You are a current student or graduate of a top 25 undergraduate program in the US

You’ve got excellent High School and University grades

You’re passionate about education and enjoy teaching - ideally you’ve even got some experience tutoring students already!

You’re detail oriented with strong planning and organizational skills

You’ve got fantastic verbal and written communication skills
