This is a newly created role to support improvements to customer onboarding programme.

The Head of Onboarding will work closely with Technology & Operations, Partnership Banking and CIB & Markets to deliver better outcomes for customers and colleagues.

As Head of Onboarding, you will lead successful change in both digital and assisted onboarding. You will have exceptional stakeholder management skills, great care for customers and colleagues, and leverage your internal networks and knowledge to lead continuous delivery.

Ō Pūkenga About You

This position is a key role within BNZ and as such requires someone with strong leadership skills, customer knowledge, technical understanding, and resilience.

Our preferred candidate will have the following :

  • Experience in leading transformation with an excellent understanding of the roles and responsibilities within a bank, and a sound understanding of banking products.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail
  • Strong relationship building skills and ability to grow and supportive and responsive network
  • Negotiation skills at all levels
  • Proven people leadership capabilities, engaging and inspiring others
