This is a newly created role to support improvements to customer onboarding programme.
The Head of Onboarding will work closely with Technology & Operations, Partnership Banking and CIB & Markets to deliver better outcomes for customers and colleagues.
As Head of Onboarding, you will lead successful change in both digital and assisted onboarding. You will have exceptional stakeholder management skills, great care for customers and colleagues, and leverage your internal networks and knowledge to lead continuous delivery.
