Customer Services Team Leader Mitre 10 MEGA Takanini Locally owned and operated Mitre 10 MEGA Takanini is on the lookout for an experienced individual to fill an integral role within our store overseeing the Customer Service and Checkout team The primary focus of the role is to maximise the efficiency of the Customer Service and Checkout area by coordinating and supervising team members in a way that ensures customer service inquiries are handled appropriately and that the level of customer service is continually improved Day to day responsibilities include supervising the point of sale checkouts customer order process and returns exchanges coordination of deliveries and keeping a firm control on products held aside for collection As Team Leader you will be responsible for performance and development of the team including training new team members and upskilling existing team members You will also be responsible for the Customer Service and Checkout rosters To succeed in this role you will need A passion for customer service excellence Leadership experience preferably within a retail environment Strong organisational skills Great communication skills Confidence to liaise with Management and other Team Leaders to get the job done Ability to work well within a team environment Commitment to Health and Safety in the workplace and Availability to work one weekend day What we will offer you A busy retail role where you will develop and lead your own team A fun team environment Staff purchasing facilities Flexible working hours and Ongoing training and support to excel within the role This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and grow your own team utilise your coaching and mentoring ability all the while ensuring that your team are happy and that your customers are even happier Apply online now we would love to hear from you
