As a chapter member in our digital channels testing team you would be a part of a highly driven team that tests changes to our digital online assets.

About the role / team :

Based in Auckland, you'll be joining a team focused on growing our digital online self-service presence and playing a key role in the ensuring the quality of our of our digital offerings (websites, portals, mobile apps, IVR and online billing and payment systems).

Although initially manual testing focused, you will get the opportunity to be involved in automation using our Spark automation tool as we start moving into automation and API testing."

What You Need

We would be keen to talk to you if you have :

  • At least 3 years of digital and online testing with in-depth experience touching several of the areas listed belowiOS / Android apps testing (essential)Online & eCommerce portals testingLoyalty and / or Campaign management testingUX & Responsive testingPersonalisation, tracking and analytics testingOnline billing and payments testingSOAP / REST API & Webservices testingExposure to BSS / OSS systemsExperience testing with Adobe Experience Cloud suite of products will be advantageousPrevious Telco experience highly desirable
  • Language expertiseJavaSQLJSON, XMLAny scripting language
  • Experience in one or more of the following testing toolsSoapUI, Postman or any API testing toolAppium (desirable) and / or SeleniumJMeterCI / CD tools and processes
  • You can demonstrate a strong understanding or ability to pick up new functional test domains, systems, tools and technologies
  • You are familiar with Agile processes, and an experienced practitioner in your field. You're able to interact with stakeholders and can adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
