Our GIS Team is leading the way when it comes to innovation, digitalisation and creativity. We are utilising GIS Technology with real time data to create live mapping of public transport against timetables and schedules to provide better services to Auckland City!

We have a phenomenal opportunity for a GIS Technical Lead to join our dynamic, collaborative and driven team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing GIS technical support and project delivery leadership in support of our operational programmes relating to geospatial data and solution development, governance and stewardship.

You will also provide support and mentorship to other GIS staff as required, and assist the Geospatial Manager in managing workflows, supervising and progressing the team.

To achieve this, your deep technical expertise will be complemented by your ability to lead and direct projects and people to achieve the right outcomes.
