We are looking for a Customer Service Officer / Lender to join our team based in Hastings on a part-time basis of 20 hours a week, preferably 12 pm -
4 pm but can be flexible and at times you may be required to work longer hours. Working on the frontline of customer service you are a 'people person', committed to customer service, team work, and providing trusted, guided and factual advice to our customers.
You are outgoing, well presented and highly customer centric. If you don't know the answer, you don't say no, you'll figure it out and get back to the customer.
You are proactive and initiative driven, you thrive under pressure and are the type of person who loves to lend a hand. Flexibility to work across branch locations is required so a drivers license is essential.
You do have a background in customer service but you don't have to have finance experience, we'll teach you! If you do have the experience in a similar role with a finance or banking background, great, you'll then have an understanding of lending principles and a willingness to learn new systems and processes and we can teach you the Instant Finance' way!
