In this part-time role (20 hours per week), as a member of the Council's Property Group you will be joining a team who are responsible for managing the Council's non-
infrastructure related land and buildings. A core part of this role includes providing administration services for the Pensioner Housing portfolio as well as administrative support to the Property Group.
The role will oversee the Pensioner Housing tenancy application and vacating process, with guidance and supervision provided by the Senior Property Officer.
Good time management and communication skills are essential as is the need to be able to build effective working relationships with a wide variety of groups and individuals.
Previous customer service experience is required.
